Voting is now closed. I won't announce the results yet, in order to assure verification. Attached is a public GPG key as well as an encrypted results file. The results file is encrypted to a passphrase that only I know, and it is signed by the private partner to the key. Stephane Bakhos will post a copy of the results from the database (to which I do not have access) and I will post the passphrase afterwards. An official announcement (which effects the change in roles) will go out shortly thereafter. If necessary, I will provide more detailed records. I do not wish to provide them if not necessary as doing so might compromise voters' anonymity.
