PDC Agenda/Meeting (Jul 6)

Agenda

1: Approve minutes from last month (we didnt have anything really important to do last month)

2: Adopt the abbreviation PDC officially (because I dont want to type the whole thing out everytime)

3: Special Rule of Order Change regarding meetings. Text below

'The PDC will meet on the first friday of every month in #Canada-PDC at 9 PM Eastern. In the event there is a national holiday on the first friday of the month then the PDC will actually meet on the second friday instead.'

4: Formally negate our own speical rule of order and use the GM's special rule of order (it's identical but it's better to reference one version rather than having multiple versions out there)

5: Status Updates from any PDC Project Leaders.

6: Allocate Funds if needed.

7: Open Floor (for anyone not on the PDC who wants to bring things to our attention)

8: Adjourn.
