For further information: Don Hogarth, Hogarth Communications, 416-565-8920, [email protected]; Dawn Chardonnal, ICC Communications, +33 1 49 53 29 07, [email protected]

So can anyone make it, possibly with an awkward question in-hand just in case? And self-identify as "Joey Bloggs, Pirate Party of Canada, I was wondering..."

The question, if anyone can make it there, should probably include researched figures that disagree with theirs.

That first post of yours sounds terrible... terms that come right out of an RIAA textbook.

Also, it's a bit late, the time to figure that out would have been last week.

a) It's copy/pasted from their press release, don't complain to me about the language...or should I "sanitise" all posts on the forum to ensure they use our words, not theirs?

b) So sorry I only heard of it yesterday, and thought it was still worth giving people a heads-up, with 50+ members living within walking distance of the site, I figured it was worth the chance to actually you know...increase public presence and challenge the status-quo and "facts" being put out by opponents. Obviously I was wrong, and since I couldn't give you at least 7 days' notice, I should have just not mentioned anything and let it pass.

c) Even if not to ask a question, somebody going and writing up a summary/post for us to put on our front page might be worthwhile.

That's my point - It's the fact that /they/ are using that language.

Point taken.
