The meeting will take place in the #council channel on our IRC server (irc://irc.pirateparty.ca/council). Anyone is welcome to attend, although only Federal Council members can participate. The meeting begins at 21:30 EST.

Excuse me? Quebec Pirate Party? Someone tell me this is a joke, a Quebec Pirate Party? Thats gotta be a joke!
When confronted with a problem: an open-minded person would first observe, analysis and act with a strategy solve to the problem.
However, a close-minded person would retort to brute force, tantrums and even hysterias when confronted with a problems

Relax, we're just discussing forming a party branch in Quebec in light of political corruption scandals currently surfacing there.

Only 2 of our core points would apply to a provincial level (or municipal, school district, level), right to privacy and open government. However there is a decent opportunity to make some noise in Quebec, especially on the municipal and provincial level with the wave of corruption scandal going on.
