I agree, this would be helpful in determining who to vote for since the Pirate Party is not running in my riding.
The Canadian Coalition for Electronic Rights suggests that all of the opposition parties were opposed to Bill C-32 (
http://www.ccer.ca/bill-c-32/opposition-parties-agree-copyright-bill-c-32-is-flawed-to-its-core) but it's normal for opposition to mock disagreement with anything the ruling party puts out, and then doing a 180 after the election. It would be great if a more in depth evaluation of the parties stances on Copyright, Patents, Net Neutrality, Privacy, etc. charted out.
