James Wilson

James Wilson has been a member of the Pirate Party since the 2011 Federal Election when a lack viable voting options led him to consider alternatives. He found the Pirate Party best represented his views on a wide array of issues.

A Mount Allison University alumnus he graduated in 2012 with a General Degree of Three Minors. James has been employed extensively in the customer service and tourism industry. Currently living in Alberta he plans to return to New Brunswick in the Autumn of 2014.

An advocate for greater MP independence he sees increasing levels of party discipline as currently the greatest threat to Canadian democracy. He sees current intellectual property laws as the greatest single drag on the Canadian knowledge economy.

A proud New Brunswicker James hopes to represent the people of Fundy Royal in the Canadian Parliament.
